Reception staff are available from 08:15 until 18:00 Monday to Friday. Most appointments with the Doctor and the Nurse are pre-bookable but some appointments are available each day.

The Practice Pharmacist is available on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 9.00 am - 11.30 am and 14.30 pm - 16.00 pm.

Extended Hours:

Early morning appointments are available on certain days during the week from 07:30  am - 08:30 am and 6.30 pm - 7.00 pm at both sites. Please contact the Surgery for appointment availability. These appointments are available for patients who find it difficult to attend the Surgery during normal opening times. 

Ullesthorpe Surgery (Dispensing Patients Only)

Reception staff are available from 08:30 until 13:00 and surgeries are held daily.  The Surgery operates an appointment system as follows:

Monday - Friday,  A number of pre-bookable routine appointments are available between 9.00 am and 10.30 am. 

There are a number of same day appointments available.  These are for medical emergencies only. 

Pre-bookable routine appointments are available to book 4 weeks in advance.

Appointments with the Practice Nurse are pre-bookable and are available Monday and Wednesday 09:00 - 11:30 and Friday 7.30 am - 11.30 am.

When We Are Closed

An out-of-hours service is always available for advice or emergency treatment outside normal surgery opening hours.  All queries will be dealt with as promptly as possible.

If you require urgent medical assistance outside of the normal surgery hours a recorded telephone message will provide you with the emergency telephone number to call which is NHS 111. 

Out-of-hours services are busy so think carefully before asking to see a Doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the Surgery re-opens.

In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
