Carers Support

The Practice participates in a national initiative to identify carers. Carers may benefit from an annual health screen carried out by the Practice Nurse and an annual vaccination against influenza.

In addition, patients can choose to be referred to Voluntary Action South Leicestershire who can provide further information on the range of services available to assist carers.

If you feel you may qualify as a carer please contact the surgery and ask for the Carers Link Worker.
